The Foundation: Established in 1991, the CAR Foundation emerged from a merger of two REALTOR®-led charities: CARHOF and the Education Foundation. For over 30 years, the Foundation has been a statewide force for good—advancing safe housing, financial education, and disaster response. Our work is driven by REALTORS® who give, serve, and lead in their communities.

Our Mission: The Colorado Association of REALTORS® Foundation promotes safe and attainable housing, advances homeownership for all Coloradans, and provides housing-related disaster assistance to our neighbors in need.
