The Colorado Association of REALTORS® Foundation Board of Directors is proud to announce a $150,000 multi-year grant to Junior Achievement Rocky Mountain in support of their groundbreaking JA Dream Accelerator Visualization Wall. The three-year commitment reflects our deep and continued belief in empowering Colorado youth with the financial tools, career exposure, and economic confidence they need to thrive.
This grant, disbursed in $50,000 annual installments from 2025 to 2028, will support curriculum development, interactive technology, and ICAP-aligned post-visit experiences within the Visualization Wall, one of five immersive simulations that make up the JA Dream Accelerator. This innovative program inspires students to identify careers that align with their strengths, build meaningful goals, and take concrete steps toward a “choice-filled life.”
“Our investment in this next phase of the Dream Accelerator reflects both our strategic priorities and our longstanding partnership with Junior Achievement,” said Ann Kidd, CAR Foundation Board Chair. “We believe in JA’s vision to equip students – especially those in underrepresented communities – with the confidence and financial literacy to pursue their dreams.”
This award builds on a rich history of collaboration between Junior Achievement and the CAR Foundation and its predecessor, the CAR Education Foundation. For more than a decade, REALTORS® across Colorado have volunteered with JA’s Finance Park, shared their career journeys, and supported economic literacy for K–12 students across the state.
Now, by helping to sponsor the Visualization Wall, the CAR Foundation will be a visible part of an experience that reaches thousands of students each year, many of whom may become future entrepreneurs, homeowners, or even REALTORS® themselves.
The Foundation’s support will be recognized throughout the JA Free Enterprise Center and JA Dream Accelerator in Greenwood Village, including a plaque on the Visualization Wall itself, program materials, and student takeaways.
