BeyondHome equips families with financial education, career development, and family support to achieve lasting self-sufficiency. Through counseling, job training, and emergency assistance, residents gain stability, advance in employment, and build pathways to homeownership and long-term success.

CAR Foundation support (2023, 2025) strengthened BeyondHome’s ability to advance housing stability and economic self-sufficiency for working families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Earlier funding reinforced a holistic model that paired affordable housing with financial education, career development, and family stability services, ensuring families paid no more than 30% of income toward housing while addressing long-term barriers to independence.

That sustained investment produced measurable results. BeyondHome housed 49 families, exceeded graduation goals, and supported multiple families in achieving homeownership. Adults advanced educational and career goals, secured new jobs or wage increases, and engaged in counseling and coaching that strengthened family resilience. During a period of unit rehabilitation and campus pre-development, CAR Foundation funding helped BeyondHome maintain essential services while managing growth and complexity.

Building on this foundation, CAR Foundation support (2025) will allow BeyondHome to deepen and expand impact by sustaining stable housing and scaling services that promote long-term self-sufficiency. Planned investments will support families through financial coaching, workforce development, youth enrichment, and pathways to homeownership, reinforcing the Foundation’s role in advancing solutions that create durable outcomes for Colorado families and communities.
